Join the North Texas Food Bank as we celebrate the 25th anniversary of Empty Bowls! Presented by Kroger, this signature event features bowl-friendly fare prepared by top local chefs, plus drinks and the opportunity to select a handcrafted bowl made by a local artisan. The one-of-a-kind piece of pottery is meant to serve as a reminder that not all of our neighbors have access to nutritious food with which to fill their bowls. 

During this milestone year, Brian Luscher is our featured chef. He is known for the popular menus at Taverna Rosa, Union Bear and others. The evening will also feature food trucks, expanded chef stations, a digital cookbook to enjoy at home and other anniversary surprises.

Since its inception, generous Empty Bowls guests and sponsors have helped raise $2.7 million, which is the equivalent of more than 8 million meals for children, families and older adults facing hunger. Thank you for partnering with us as we strive toward a hunger-free, healthy North Texas.
